1. If you need help on printing unique individual QRCode for each machine, contact us.

2. Stick your machine QRCode on the machine so that your operator can easily scan it with this Apps when it is down. A new ticket will be created.

3. Upon scaning your QRCode, this Apps will notify all the technician responsible that your machine is down.

4. Tech will click HERE to scan the QRCode of the machine and the Apps will register that he is here to attend the machine.

5. Tech will click DONE to scan the QR Code of the machine and the Apps will update the ticket to closed.
